Getting a truck to you on Main Street
Two things are worth saying on the phone. First, whether you are in an angled bay or a parallel space, because reversing a flatbed into an angled bay on a live street is a different job from hooking a car at a curb. Second, whether the cars either side of you are still there. A vehicle boxed in tightly sometimes has to be skated sideways before it can be loaded at all.
If you are in one of the lots behind the storefronts, mention which one and which entrance. The alleys connect in ways that are not obvious from a map, and a truck coming in the wrong end can find itself unable to turn around.

Old Town has private lots serving individual businesses, and cars parked in them outside business hours do get removed. That is a non-consent tow, it is governed by the Texas Transportation Code rather than by whoever is annoyed, and the signage requirements are specific.
